Quarryplan has secured planning permission for an operator in Co Tyrone for an additional 10 years’ worth of sand and gravel extraction. The permission was secured under Section 54 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and will allow for best use to be made of the permitted Sand and Gravel reserve. The permission was granted by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council in February 2026.
