Proposal: Winning and Working of Minerals (Greywacke) at lands comprising the existing Quarry Plant Site and subsequent restoration via infilling with imported Construction and Demolition Waste (C&DW), with final restoration to biodiverse habitats.

Location: Lands at North Down Quarry, 61 Ballybarnes Road, Newtownards BT23 4TQ.
