Permission Granted for Cement Factory to burn Recycled Fuel

Quarryplan obtained planning permission for the Quinn Cement Factory at Ballyconnell Co. Cavan to utilise upto 55% Solid Recovered Fuel when powering its New Calciner.  This €100 million project construction project passed through the Planning System accompanied by an EIS, within a two month period, without any "Further Information" requests.
